What’s a monogram?

A monogram usually is composed of elaborately intertwined initials of a first and last name. It always tells a story, it tells you a lot about a person or what we think about ancient traditions. To help you choose your individual monogram, we have put together some rules to make your own monogram just a small step away.

Single persons

Monogram with 2 letters
For example: Audrey Hepburn

First and surname initials in the same size.

Single initial: A or H


Monogram with 3 letters


For example: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Initial center large: WMA (first, third, second)

Couple

Monogram with 2 letters
For example: Sissi und Franz

Same size initials

Married couples

Monograms with 3 letters
For example: Marie und Pierre Curie

Initial middle large: (woman, surname, man)
